Returns & Exchanges

Damage/Error:

Please inspect your order once it arrives (within 72 hours). Contact us by phone 515-707-5277 or email customerservice@alternativesglobalmarketplace.com if any damage has occurred or if there is an error with your order (e.g. wrong item was shipped). We will work with you to replace it or refund you as quickly as possible! 

Returns: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and return it within 30 days after you receive it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns after this time period. 

To return an item, please contact customerservice@alternativesglobalmarketplace.com. In your email, please include your order number, what items you will be returning form that order, and why (e.g. too small, did not like color, etc.). We will reply to your email with instructions for returning it to us as well as provide you with a return label. Once your return arrives, we will process a refund to your original payment method minus $5 for the return label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additionally, you may also ship the return back to us on your own to avoid a deduction for a return shipping label. If this is the method you choose, please include a note in the return with your order number, what you are returning from that order, and why. Once received, a full refund will be processed (not including original shipping charges). Please ship all returns to 3332 W Prospect Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80526. 

Please note, that if your return is damaged or used, we will not be able to issue you a refund. Additionally, please make sure your return is in its original packaging. Also, if you are shipping an item on your own, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot refund missing packages. 

**IMPORTANT: For international customers (customers outside of the United States), we are unable to provide return labels at this time. Thus, for an international returns, please follow our guidelines for shipping your return back to us on your own (avoiding a deduction for a return shipping label). We apologize for the inconvenience!**

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item in your order for another variant or product, please contact us at customerservice@alternativesglobalmarketplace.com.

In your email, please include your order number, which product you are exchanging, why you are exchanging it, and what you would like to exchange it for. We will reply to your email with instructions as well as a shipping label to return the original item back to us. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your exchange to you at no cost (return label is free for exchanges). Any difference in price between exchange and original item will be charged/refunded. Please note that we cannot exchange products that are damaged or used!
