Please inspect your order/shipment within 72 hours of receipt and check for any damage to the merchandise. Contact Alternatives by phone 970-237-4445 or email email@example.com if any damage has occurred. We will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, contact us and return it within 30 days. Be sure to include your order information to receive proper credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to the card that was used for the original transaction. The credit will be for the cost of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as a gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
