Our new, gorgeous Seaside Dress from Lost River is perfect for summer vacations, a night out, or a day at the office! This dress is made from crinkle rayon and features front buttons for a cute look. Made to wear and designed to flatter in any size. The fabric is 100% crinkle rayon hand batiked in Bali.

The Lost River's selection of handmade batik clothing supports small family businesses both in Bali and in Moab. Traditional batik patterns are handed down over generations.  The pattern is drawn on the fabric and then wax is applied to the fabric on these patterns with a canting or "wax pen". The fabric is then dyed and the wax is removed revealing the pattern. The use of hand batik fabrics from Indonesia is preserving Indonesian culture and artisan traditions.
